This site is created by and for volunteers and supporters of the Naumann Elementary community. It provides information about opportunities to participate in and support campus and PTA activities and programs. It also provides a place for classrooms and other volunteer groups that are part of this campus community with a place for their members to share information and manage their own volunteer schedules.

Why Register?
While much of the information on this website is public, some information is limited to those who are registered with this website and belong to specific groups. In addition, to receive site news (emails) about campus volunteer opportunities and PTA announcements individuals must be a registered user of the site, a current PTA member, or an approved campus volunteer.
 
• You can opt-in to receiving site news emails. If you do not wish to receive them, simply de-select the opt-in box on the registration form.

• You can update your preference to opt in or out, as well as your contact information at any time.

• TIP: Using the same email address for your volunteer application and PTA membership will help you avoid receiving duplicate emails.

Why Log In?
Your name and email address is used by the site to identify you as a registered user and as a member of specific groups. When you log in, you are able to sign up for volunteer schedules if you are an approved LISD volunteer, and you are able to access information and resources specific to the volunteer groups to which you belong.

Your Information
You control what information you share with other members of the PTA/your volunteer group if the group maintains a directory on the site. These directories are private, only for members of that group when they log into the site. 

• You can choose whether to display your name, use initials, or display nothing.
• You can include or exclude your telephone contact information in a directory.

To update your information, simply log in and click on My Account. When you are done making changes to your account information, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. It’s as simple as that!

Some information, such as your status as an approved volunteer for the district or as a current member of the PTA is maintained by LISD or the Naumann PTA. 
 
• PTA membership expires on October 14 of the following school year. (For those who join between March 16 and June 30, membership is extended through October 14 of the following calendar year.) If you believe your PTA membership status is incorrect, please contact the PTA Membership Chair.

• Volunteer approval expires at the end of each school year and must be renewed for the following school year. If you have questions about your volunteer status, please contact Campus Volunteer Coordinator Sue Williams.
